Literacy Planet

Literacy Planet is a app that teaches you literacy. It is kind of like maths whizz but it doesn't have animations. Literacy is a good app because it focus on the learning. It takes a while to complete some of the reading tasks because the reading is 2-3 pages long. Thank you for reading👍

Banksy Was Here | The New Yorker

“Finally we actually broke the wall to paradise”. “I have been waiting for this day for like a week”. “Come on, let's go through before someone sees us”. “Wow that water is cold man”. It's good since we have been cooked alive in there”. “Oi kids what are you doing” “That's the po po we gotta go swimming now.” We came all this way to make the best sandcastles in the world. We ain’t gonna stop now. “Man, I thought we were gonna make it without any trouble.” “Well I guess we're on the run now.” “This is it paradise”.

Intro to Pythagorean

Homer Simpson should be the only person to sell rotten tomatoes in the KFC toilets.

Homer Simpson should be the only person to sell rotten tomatoes in the KFC toilets.

The rotten tomatoes are good for random people that are smart like Homer. KFC toilets are the best place to sell rotten tomatoes because lots of people eat wicked wings and need to go to the toilet. And if it gets bad Homer would just get kicked from KFC. He would be kicked for throwing rotten tomatoes at people. I'm pretty sure there’s something in the tomatoes. If you bought rotten tomatoes from Homer it is official there are maggots in the rotten tomatoes repeat there are maggots in the rotten tomatoes. I have also seen Homer on the streets selling them. I hope someone stops him because no one wants rotten tomatoes unless your like Taika Waititi rotten tomatoes are good for his movie ratings. Thank you for listening to my speech about why Homer should be the only person to sell rotten tomatoes in the KFC toilets.

Science Investigation

Science Investigation

  • Meaning experiments

  • Aim

  • Statement

  • Hypothesis: Prediction

Carefully read and understand this recording and planning guide so you are systematic in scientific thinking, experimenting, recording and interpreting.

Follow logically through each section so you are thorough in your science investigation steps.

Complete each section with details needed so you have carefully log your project...and so an outsider can know and understand too.

1

My science investigation TOPIC

Which cooking oil is the healthiest

2

My investigation question

What is in the cooking oils

3

Background research and knowledge I will explore as a backdrop to my investigation

What are the cooking oils/brands?

Which oils taste better

Which one is the cheapest

Which one is the most expensive

4

Aim of my investigation

Figuring out my questions

5

My investigation steps

Materials / resources / people:

STEP 1

Look at the nutrients sticker on the oil

STEP 2

Pour oil into pan at a medium-high heat

STEP 3

See which oil burns the fastest

STEP 4

write/type down the results

STEP X

Mark the results

the measurement of hydrogen ion turned into a liquid solution

What pH level does water have?

pH 7

Is water acid, basic or neutral?

Neutral

What is the most acid pH level?

pH 0

What is the most basic pH level?

pH 14

Measuring

Measuring in maths.

Immersion highlight

Today is the first day of term 3.The theme is healthy me healthy you. That means the teachers did a video or a live play. My highlight of the morning was the team 5 play because it was about the Olympics. The countries competing were USA, NZ and Australia. One of the teachers did a act. The first people to go was Australia. My favourite was USA because Mr Moran was using hoo-la hoops and couldn't spin them very well. My next highlight was the song at the beginning that Mr J sang and 4 teachers dancing to it. The song was an adaption to knowing you, knowing me because the theme is healthy me healthy you.
